In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act
(DMCA) and our Copyright Infringement Policy (http://www.godaddy.com/gdshop/legal_agreements/show_doc.asp?se=%2B&pageid=TRADMARK%5FCOPY),
we have received the attached counter notification for the website at
replacemeplease.
As a result, and as described in the above-mentioned policy... "Go Daddy
will replace the removed material and cease disabling access to it in not
less than 10, nor more than 14, business days following receipt of the
Counter Notification, unless Go Daddy first receives notice from the
Complaining Party that such Complaining Party has filed an action seeking
a court order to restrain the Infringer from engaging in infringing
activity relating to the material on Go Daddy's system or network."
Please note:
We are simply a hosting provider, and remain neutral i n these
situations. At no point in this matter have we, or will we, attempt to
determine who, if anyone, is right or wrong. We understand that there is
obviously a large dispute between the two parties. Please understand that
we are not a court, nor do we have the ability or jurisdiction to
determine potential fault in this case. As a result, with the exception
of the above-mentioned official notice of filed legal actions, there will
be no need to send further dispute claims on this matter.
