The following information was obtained from Public Records
and demonstrates the negligence of Powermark Homes, Inc. and a blatant
disregard for established building codes. Because they were
non-responsive and failed to correct these violations the
City of
Strongsville revoked the procedural compliance bonds for (9) homes built
and they forfeited the bond monies and paid a total of $6,
750.00.
It should be noted the forfeitures listed here only represents (1)
out of approximately (138) communities in the (3) Ohio Counties where lawsuits have
been files against Powermark Homes or its owners. County Records are great
but local community records are equally as valuable in helping consumers
make informed decisions.
